Heli-Assistance

The use of a Helicopter is an effortless way to access and supply a remote basecamp.  It can also be used for a food/equipment cache drop on a longer backpacking trip. Helicopters can make a difficult trip into one that is virtually effortless.  Once you decide to use this option, we will book the service on your behalf.

We recommend the use of a helicopter for:

Transporting you and your party to a remote basecamp.

Return flight from a one way backpacking route.

Sling in gear /food for a basecamp.

Sling in a food cache for a longer backpacking trip.

Cost:      Price depends on the length of time the helicopter is flying and the size of aircraft

required.  We spend considerable time planning the logistics of heli-support to

minimize the length of time that a helicopter is used, thus saving you money.
