Our day hikes are customized to your liking. We offer trips that are suitable to the time of year that you are visiting. That is why we do not advertise specific areas or specific hikes, what is a beautiful alpine meadow in July, can be choked with snow and difficult to travel in June. Furthermore, depending on spring temperatures and winter snowfall, every year is different. Please view the general trips descriptions below and let us know what your day trip will include. Shortly after receiving your request we will email you appropriate itinerary(s) to choose from.

Nature Hikes
Are you interested in wildflowers, geology, or just interested in walking through our mountain wilderness? Nature hikes are our more leisurely paced trips available. Some elevation gain is necessary, but the focus of the trip is wilderness interpretation rather than reaching a definite objective. Depending on the time of year, expect to visit small lakes, view birds and wildlife and/or wander through alpine meadows full of wildflowers.
Cost: $35.00/hr for a minimum of 5 hours. Maximum 6 participants
Includes: Guide, guide’s photos, hiking poles/day packs (upon request),
interpretation/instruction and SPOT Tracking.

Peak Adventures
Are you wanting to summit a mountain?... we can take you there! Although the view from the top is the objective, the real enjoyment is getting there and back! To make this challenging accomplishment attainable and enjoyable, your guide will pace the day to suit your needs. All trips involve elevation gain but do not require any technical mountain climbing gear.
Cost: $110.00 per person (based on two participants 7 - 10 hours). Maximum 6 people.
Family rates and group rates available.
Includes: Guide, hearty lunch, guides photo’s, hiking poles/day packs (upon
request), interpretation/instruction and SPOT Tracking.

Canadian Mountain Adventure offers helicopter assisted trips through Caribou Chilcotin Helicopters. CCH has a local base that offers unrivaled dependability and friendly service. Trips must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance for parties of 1-3 participants. Parties of 4-5 must be booked 21 days in advance.
