Booking your Canadian Mountain Adventure is easy!  

Fill out the standard form indicating what/where/when and your contact information.  We will respond with options that suit your requests at the time of year you have indicated.

If you prefer you may call us at +1 250-256-7660, please leave us a message and we will call you back at the earliest available moment.  You may also choose to forgo the form and email your enquiry in your own words to  info@canadianmountainadventure.com

Everyone’s right to privacy is important to us. We will not share any of your information without your explicit consent.  If you have any questions please email us.

Payment

Once you have finalized what your trip will be, we will make payment arrangements with you.  We accept payment in Canadian or US Dollars (at par) as Cash, Travelers' Cheques, Money Orders, Bank transfer, & Interac Email money transfer.  Deposits are $100.00 CAD or 10% of the total owing (whatever is greater) and is due 7 business days from the day of booking and is not refundable.  If for any reason CMA must cancel your trip, we will refund all of your deposit and any balance paid.   

Please note that you are required to sign a waiver  before embarking on any of our excursions.  Please print and read this waiver (click here) so that you understand your rights and obligations.  We will also request (prior to your trip) personal information regarding your general health to ensure your safety is not compromised while in the wilderness.  This information will only be shared with your guide and kept confidential.
